The Nest is a luxurious, eco-friendly, self-contained wooden accommodation attached to our home, Kiladangan Cottage which was built in 1890 and is nestled in stunning Tipperary countryside (eircode E45 H284). The Nest is a new build and features a private entrance and parking.
The Nest offers a cosy yet spacious atmosphere, equipped with solar panels, eco-friendly electric heating, and passive ventilation for sustainable comfort.
Designed for 2 to 4 guests, The Nest is ideal for unwinding and reconnecting with nature or for using as a base to explore the area and beyond. Enjoy breathtaking views, outdoor seating, abundant wildlife, and a spacious garden complete with a woodland area and a flowing stream.
Located near the shores of Lough Derg and the scenic village Dromineer, guests can explore excellent local dining options and benefit from easy access to the historic market town of Nenagh and the M7 motorway connecting Limerick to Dublin. We look forward to welcoming you!

We had a wonderful stay at The Nest. It’s very comfortable and has a generous amount of space for a couple. We found it spotlessly clean and tidy, and all the essentials had been thoughtfully provided.
